A little about what to expect here:
I aim to write about a minimum of 4 high conviction legal special situation / merger arb plays each year. While it’s impossible to predict when high conviction plays will occur, the funnel of ideas usually distills to about 4-6 each year.
If there is a particular legal situation that you are interested in that I have not covered, please let me know. At the very least I aim to put eyes on all potentially-compelling legal plays in the public markets. Often these suggested plays are already in my “too hard” or “too early” buckets, but there’s always a chance I’ve overlooked it!
